In the statement issued by the Russian Foreign Ministry today, it is stated in this regard: the action taken by Norway is considered discriminatory and aimed at the final destruction of relations.
At this time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway announced in a statement on Thursday that under the pretext of Moscow’s military operation in Ukraine, the entry of Russian citizens into this country for any case other than essential travel has prohibited.
This statement states: Russian citizens whose purpose is tourism and other non-essential travel will face obstacles upon entering Norway. This restriction also applies to those whose visas were issued by Norway before the visa restriction in spring 2022.
It should be said that with the beginning of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine, the Western countries took coordinated positions in an effort to put pressure on Moscow.
