report Mehr News Agency quoted by Shahab news agency, Philip Lazzarini, Commissioner General of the UNRWA agency affiliated to the United Nations, emphasized the dire situation in Gaza: We are fighting to send humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.
He stated: UNRWA has been weakened financially in recent years, and with the accusation of some employees of this agency for participating in the October 7th attack, its situation has already deteriorated. It got worse.
Lazzarini said: 14 countries providing financial resources to UNRWA have resumed their financial aid to this organization, and only the United States remains.
He said that since the beginning of the war in Gaza, 192 UNRWA employees have died in the attacks of the Zionist regime army, which is an unprecedented statistic.
Lazzarini said: The information coming from Gaza is proof of more attacks on families who are looking for shelter. Gaza is hell on earth and last night’s pictures are another proof of that.
