quoted from Mehr News Agency From Yeni Shafaq, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China released a statement on Monday announcing that four Arab leaders will travel to Beijing to participate in the China-Arab Cooperation Forum.
The statement said that “Hamd bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of Bahrain, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of Egypt, Qais Said, President of Tunisia and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, will participate in the opening ceremony of the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab Government Cooperation Forum.
The heads of the Arab countries will arrive in Beijing from Tuesday and will stay until Saturday. This forum will be held on Thursday, where Chinese President Xi Jinping will also be present.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Mauritanian counterpart Mohamed Salem Old Marzouk will co-chair the conference. According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, foreign ministers or representatives of Arab countries and the Secretary General of the Arab League will participate in this conference.
The forum was established in 2004 as a formal dialogue initiative between China and the Arab League to discuss the initial multilateral coordination mechanism between the world’s second largest economy. and works in Arab countries.
