Spanish Foreign Minister: We respond to Israel’s insults

reported by Mehr News Agency Citing Al Jazeera, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albarez emphasized that Spain will respond to Israel’s insult after Madrid officially recognized the Palestinian state.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain emphasized: We declare our full solidarity with the International Court of Justice. The decisions and rulings of this court must be implemented. Spain, along with Ireland and Norway, will respond to Israel’s insults.
Pedro Sanchez, the Prime Minister of Spain announced today that Madrid has officially recognized the state of Palestine.
Sánchez said about this: Spain officially recognized Palestine as a country in a historic step in the path of justice and the only way to achieve peace.
With this action, Spain joined Ireland, Norway and 144 other countries that have recognized Palestine as an independent country. Also, the country of Slovenia has also announced that it will review the issue of recognizing the state of Palestine this week.
