Alexey Likhachev, head of Rus Atom Company, said after meeting with the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency: The current technical condition of the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant is completely safe. All necessary measures are being taken to protect the territory of the Zaporozhye power plant, including the spent nuclear fuel storage facilities.
Ros Atom company head added: Despite provocations and direct threats from Ukrainian forces, Zaporizhia personnel are taking necessary measures to ensure the safety of the power plant. The task of us and the International Atomic Energy Agency is to inform all countries about the real situation of the Zaporizhzhya power plant.
