In this statement, emphasizing that “terrible airstrikes against civilians in Rafah are the latest attacks carried out by Israeli forces in the occupied Gaza Strip without complying with international laws.” is: these kinds of non-stop attacks that lead to the killing or wounding of civilians are war crimes and must be investigated.

It should be said that while the International Court of Justice issued a ruling that the Zionist regime must immediately stop its military attacks, this regime bombed the tents of the Palestinian refugees in Rafah. As a result, at least 45 Palestinians, including 23 women and children, died and 249 others were injured.

Eyewitnesses also emphasized that the bombardment of the occupying army of Quds caused many tents in the camp to burn.
