According to Mehr News Agency, Joe Biden, the president of the United States of America, published on his X account the details of Israel’s 3-phase plan for a ceasefire, which he claims was delivered to Hamas.
This plan is as follows:
First step:
Complete ceasefire
Withdrawal of Israeli forces from populated areas in Gaza
The release of some hostages and the delivery of the bodies of some hostages
Return of Palestinian civilians to their homes in Gaza
Increasing humanitarian aid
Second step:
Permanent End of Hostilities
Interaction to free the remaining hostages
The withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza, the third phase:
Major plan for the reconstruction of Gaza
The bodies of the hostages are handed over to their families.
In response to this plan, Netanyahu has announced that he will not stop the war. However, Hamas has welcomed this proposal with a positive attitude.
