According to the foreign policy reporter of Tasnim News Agency, Ali Iran’s Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bagheri Keni, met and consulted with the Speaker of the Parliament of this country, Nabih Berri, during his second meeting with the Lebanese authorities.

And in a joint press conference with him, he spoke about the purpose of his trip to Beirut.
Bagheri said in this meeting: My main purpose of this trip is to express my gratitude to the dear people of Lebanon and It is the government and other institutions and authorities of this country who sympathized with the Iranian government and nation on the occasion of the martyrdom of the Iranian president and foreign minister and provided consolation to the Iranian nation with their message and their presence at the ceremony.
He said: We have always had consultation and consultations with the Lebanese authorities at different stages and developments. Lebanon’s stability, peace and progress is Iran’s goal, and Iran’s effort to calm the Lebanese people has always been on the agenda. It is for the region, just as the Islamic resistance in Lebanon is the anchor of stability and peace in the region. We consulted in Gaza and especially in Rafah, and we agreed that all countries should take a collective action to counter Zionist aggression, and in this context, holding a meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation is one of our common goals.
