European troika to take responsibility for any kind of consequences

According to Tasnim News Agency, Mohsen Naziri Asl, Iran’s ambassador and representative to international organizations In Vienna, in today’s meeting of the Agency’s Board of Governors, he considered the draft resolution against the agency to be a clear violation of the agency’s rules.

A part of his speech is as follows:

This meeting was influenced by very provocative actions. And it is unconstructive for some countries that have a negative history in observing international laws and neglecting to promote peace, security, dialogue and interaction. Instead of confrontation in this regard, these countries draft a resolution. have been presented to divert attention from their irresponsible behavior elsewhere and to ignore the realities of Iran’s peaceful nuclear program.

This draft resolution is nothing but a clear violation of the IAEA’s statute and complete disregard. to the rights and obligations of the member states under the relevant safeguard agreements. 

It should be noted that this draft resolution lacks any legal, technical and political basis on which the resolutions may be justified.

This draft resolution without sufficient attention The current interactions between Iran and the Agency, including the Director General’s recent visit to Iran and targeting the JCPOA, the relations between Iran and the Secretariat and the rights of the member states have been sent based on the relevant documents.  In fact, it has nothing to do with the progress made in addressing the remaining issues related to Iran’s peaceful nuclear program, as noted in previous reports of the Director General.

We strongly believe that the draft definitely lacks Any justification is technical and legal.

This draft resolution can neither divert the attention of the international community from the real intention of the three European countries to give the Israeli regime enough time to continue its genocide in Gaza, nor can Iran pressure to surrender, pursue their rights and pursue their peaceful nuclear program.

Without a doubt, this draft resolution strongly emphasizes the positive atmosphere needed to work for further action. The title of the mutual agreement between Iran and the Agency has an effect. Now it is up to E3 to take responsibility for any kind of consequences, because Iran may cause it on this basis and in full compliance with its rights and obligations.

While the Islamic Republic of Iran in Speech and deed have shown our desire and preference for constructive interaction, we are ready to react to any opposite position and action.
