Spain joins the plaintiffs of the Zionist regime
report Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albarez announced the country’s new action against the Zionist regime.
Albarez announced that Spain will join South Africa’s complaint against the Zionist regime in the International Criminal Court regarding the genocide of Palestinians by this regime in Gaza.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain emphasized: the implementation of precautionary and temporary measures of the International Criminal Court against Israel still seems unlikely. Therefore, Spain joins this complaint to help the International Criminal Court.
After that, the judges of the International Criminal Court issued temporary rulings against the Zionist regime as requested by South Africa. This court asked the Zionist regime to take all necessary measures to prevent genocide in Gaza.
This court ordered the Zionist regime to report to the Hague court within one month all the measures it has taken to prevent the genocide. Also, the judge of this court said that the said sentence creates international obligations for the Zionist regime.
In addition, the Hague Tribunal ordered the Israeli regime to take “immediate measures” to provide urgently needed services and humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip, but However, he did not issue an order to establish a ceasefire in this war.
But then, on the 4th of June this year, the International Criminal Court in The Hague, the Netherlands, with 13 votes in favor and 2 votes against, ordered the immediate halt of the military operations of the Zionist regime in Rafah. issued and demanded the reopening of the Rafah crossing for humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.
The ruling of the International Criminal Court states: Israel must stop military operations or any other action in Rafah. Israel should open the Rafah crossing for humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip.
This international judicial body emphasized in the continuation of its ruling: Israel must guarantee the access of the fact-finding committees to the documents to investigate the accusation of genocide in the Gaza Strip and within one month. submit a report of his actions to the International Criminal Court.
This ruling needs approval from the Security Council to become a binding ruling.
