Ali Bagheri’s emphasis on following up on the situation of the Iranian arrested in Paris

According to the foreign policy group Tasnim news agency, Ali Bagheri, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of our country, in a telephone call with Mohammad Aminnejad, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Paris, followed up on the latest situation of Bashir Beizar, an Iranian citizen arrested by the French police.

In this telephone conversation, after listening to the report of the ambassador of our country regarding the latest situation of this Iranian citizen and the situation of his family, Bagheri thanked the efforts and follow-ups of our country’s embassy in Paris and further recommended the necessary attention to the rights presented the Iranian citizens in France.

He emphasized the speed of this citizen and his return to his family center.

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered protecting the rights of Iranian citizens abroad as one of the essential and priority duties of the diplomatic system. And he said: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will not hesitate to provide consular, legal and political support to Iranian citizens anywhere in the world who need such support. ; The Deputy of International Affairs of the Judiciary and the Secretary of the Human Rights Staff of Iran had reacted to the arrest of “Bashir Beizar”, an Iranian citizen, who was arrested in France for supporting the oppressed people of Palestine, and wrote: The arrest of an Iranian citizen by the French police The reason for defending the oppressed people of Palestine is another scandal for France in the field of human rights. Yesterday, I spoke with his wife and officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We are determined to defend our countrymen.  This Iranian citizen should be released as soon as possible.
