NATO abandons the 100 billion euro aid plan for Ukraine

Recently, the Council of the European Union approved the creation of the Ukraine Aid Fund (UAF). Following this decision, the Council of the European Union allocated 5 billion euros ($5.4 billion) for Ukraine.
This decision was made in the EU Foreign Relations Council in Brussels. In their meeting, European ministers discussed support for Ukraine and the situation in the Middle East.

The French TV announced yesterday Friday by publishing a report that the president of this country Emmanuel Macron promised that Paris will send Mirage 2000 fighter jets to Ukraine.
According to this media, the French president added that Paris intends to train Ukrainian pilots as well. After meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the Elysee Palace, he added that France is training 4,500 Ukrainian soldiers.
According to the Reuters news agency, Macron did not specify in his Friday morning speech how many Mirages France will provide to Ukraine, for how long or under what financial conditions.
French President Emmanuel Macron further added that usually between 5 and 6 months are needed to train the Ukrainian military, and therefore the training of pilots will last until the end of the year. The cooperation between the two countries has started and the Mirage 2000 fighter jets manufactured by the French Dassault company will be transferred to Ukraine.
