War alarm on the southern front
Mehr News Agency, international group: The ninth month of the war in Gaza is passing. While the Arab countries have taken no action to stop the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza, Lebanon’s Hezbollah and Yemen are two Arab actors that have directly entered the war in support of Gaza. The question of this article is how Lebanon’s Hezbollah has helped Gaza in the war with the Zionists?
Hezbollah’s approach in the Gaza war Military entry, gradual and controlled
The Al-Aqsa storm took place on October 7, which was an irreparable defeat for the Zionists. The Zionist regime started a massive war against Gaza on October 7. Just one day after the start of the war against Gaza, Lebanon’s Hezbollah also entered the war against the Zionist regime on the northern front. Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, announced that Hezbollah entered the Gaza war on October 8. Hezbollah acted in a controlled and gradual manner in this war. In other words, Hezbollah refrained from an all-out war with the Zionist regime because, on the one hand, it did not turn its hand completely to the Zionist regime, and on the other hand, it forced Tel Aviv to focus part of its focus on the northern front. According to Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, 30% of the Zionist military forces were deployed in the northern part of the occupied territories.
Sayed Hassan Nasrallah said in the first days of the Gaza war that in this war, the eyes should be on the field. Based on this, in this war, while inflicting many human casualties on the Zionists, Hezbollah showed its military capability and questioned the military strength of the Zionists. In this regard, Lebanon’s Hezbollah was able to shoot down the modern and advanced drone of the occupied Jerusalem regime known as Hermes 900. By shooting down the Hermes 900 drone of the Zionist regime, Hezbollah showed that it has access to modern weapons technologies.
Hermes 900 drones, which are in fact the upgraded and more modern version of Hermes 450 drones, including equipment They are soldiers who are considered among the honors of the military industry of the occupying Jerusalem regime. Before Lebanon’s Hezbollah targeted the Hermes 900 drone, a number of countries had submitted their requests to buy these drones to the Zionist regime.
Using the Al-Rizvan Battalion
Another action taken by Hezbollah in Lebanon is the use of Rezwan Battalion forces. The Rezwan Battalion has received the best training among Hezbollah forces. The Rezwan Battalion was founded by Imad Mughniyeh in 2001 and 2002, and this unit has made great progress in two decades. The battalion is particularly specialized in offensive operations and gained good experience in the field of combat by participating in the Syrian civil war. From the point of view of the Zionist circles, the fighters of the Rezvan unit are very skilled and have gone through hard training.
They use anti-tank weapons and explosives; They have the ability to travel long distances, the power to carry out difficult missions in mountainous areas, and to carry out secret and sensitive military missions in a lightning-fast manner and at the peak of professionalism. One of the consequences of using Rezvan’s forces was that the settlers were forced to evacuate the northern front. Estimates indicate that more than 200,000 Zionist settlers have evacuated the northern front. Yossi Yehoshua, a military affairs analyst of the Zionist media “Yediot Aharonet”, who has access to high-ranking security sources in Tel Aviv, said that as long as the Rezvan unit is on the Lebanese border, the residents of the north who have been evacuated, and their number is more than 200 thousand people, they have no hope of returning to their homes.
The consequences of Hezbollah’s role in supporting the resistance Palestine in Gaza
The role of Hezbollah in the Gaza war has had several important consequences for the Zionist regime, which are:
1. The threat against the Zionist regime was maintained on the northern front
Hizbollah entered the war one day after the start of the Hamas operation, that is, from October 8, and inflicted heavy blows on The Zionist army brought in so that this regime has been forced to concentrate about 30% of its forces on the northern front and suffer many casualties. Although this action of Hezbollah was aimed at reducing the military pressure from the southern front, it caused all the ready and reserve military forces of the Zionist regime to be practically present in the war, because by increasing its attacks, Hezbollah made the situation in this region Abnormal and saved warning. In fact, Hezbollah has maintained the level of threats against Israel with its managed movements.
2. Social pressures on Netanyahu’s cabinet have increased
The movements and dynamics of Lebanon’s Hezbollah on the northern front caused the Zionist regime to deploy 30% of its forces on the northern border. Lebanon’s Hezbollah attacks were accompanied by Israeli military casualties, and dozens of these soldiers have been killed. At the same time, the families of the soldiers strongly protest against this issue, and the soldiers are also dissatisfied with being involved in different fronts of the war. Therefore, Hezbollah’s attacks caused social pressure on Netanyahu’s cabinet to increase greatly. Meanwhile, the displacement of nearly 100,000 settlers in the northern front has also caused protests by the displaced. At the same time, Netanyahu’s cabinet is under severe pressure from public opinion due to its inability to release its prisoners in Gaza, and it has witnessed frequent demonstrations, and the protesters insist on Netanyahu’s removal from power.
3. Hezbollah’s declaration of readiness for an all-out war with the Zionist regime
Continuous presence 9 months of Lebanon’s Hezbollah in the war with the Zionist regime and also overthrowing Hermes 900 drones conveyed this message to the Zionist regime that Lebanon’s Hezbollah is ready to enter into an all-out war with the Zionist regime. Therefore, while the Zionist regime has always tried to remove military threats from the borders of occupied Palestine, it is now witnessing the Al-Aqsa storm on the one hand, and on the other hand, Hezbollah is witnessing the acquisition of superior military technologies.
Result
It is not far from the expectation that the warmongering cabinet of the Zionist regime will start a new war and this time enter into a war with Lebanon’s Hezbollah on the northern front. Warnings about the consequences of such an action have increased both from the internal circles of occupied Palestine and from the United States. If the Zionist regime goes to war with Lebanon’s Hezbollah, the reasons include the defeat in Gaza and the role that Hezbollah played in the form of military support for the Palestinian resistance.
