Russian diplomats in America receive threatening messages daily
reported by Mehr News Agency quoted by Tass, Anatoly Antonov, the Russian ambassador in Washington, announced that officials and diplomats of the Russian Embassy in the United States receive threatening messages daily.
Moscow’s ambassador in Washington last week also pointed to US President Joe Biden’s recent statements against his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and the use of inappropriate words. Biden insults all Russian people with such literature.
Antonov said: I believe that such behavior is unacceptable on the part of any responsible politician. The verbal bravado and struggle to boost self-esteem at the cost of tarnishing our president’s image reflects Washington’s anger as Russia challenges the so-called American “law-based world order”.
He emphasized: It is time for the internal organization (of America) to come to terms with the fact that we still have our independent and sovereign policy based on our national interests. We will follow. By biting and taunting Putin, Biden insults the entire Russian people who are behind their president.
Previously, Biden said in the gathering of the graduates of the “West Point” officer school: “No American soldiers are fighting in Ukraine, and I am determined to maintain the same process.” But we stand firmly with Ukraine and will continue to support them in the face of this man whom I have known for years as a “ruthless tyrant.” We cannot and should not abandon Ukraine.
