Putin continued: Fundamental agreements on the peaceful resolution of the Ukraine crisis should be recorded, and it is naturally suggested that the sanctions against Russia be lifted. One of the conditions of the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will be the issuance of a statement by Kiev that it does not intend to join NATO.
He stated: If all these conditions are fulfilled, Russia will immediately cease fire and declare its readiness for negotiations after the withdrawal of Kiev from the territory of the new regions of the Russian Federation.
