More than 17 million people in Afghanistan need immediate assistance

, the United States Agency for International Development announced about the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan that 17.3 million people in this country need urgent aid.
In this report, with concern about the deportation of Afghan refugees from Pakistan, it is stated that more than 610 thousand Afghans have been deported from this country in the last 9 months.
The United States Agency for International Development has announced that the total number of Afghans in need of humanitarian assistance is 23.7 million.
The report states that the deportation of immigrants from Pakistan, the need of immigrants and Afghan society for humanitarian aid has increased. 225 people died recently in Afghanistan, and emergency aid is still being provided to flood victims.
According to this report, various relief organizations helped 43 thousand people in the flooded areas of Afghanistan and more than 56 thousand people were provided with health care.
The country is one of the important factors of Afghanistan’s bad economic situation.
