Kremlin: Western reaction to “Putin’s” peace proposal is not constructive

The spokesperson of the Russian presidential office announced today: The reaction of the West to "Putin's" proposal about Ukraine is not constructive.

reported Mehr news agency quoted by Ryanostiya news agency, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Russian presidential office (Kremlin) announced in a speech today Saturday: The reaction of the West to the proposal of “Putin” (President of Russia) regarding Ukraine is great, but It is not a manufacturer.

The spokesperson of the Russian presidential office continued in this regard: The issue of peace in Ukraine will not be discussed at the Swiss conference. Putin’s proposal for a ceasefire will not be on the agenda (Ukraine peace meeting in Switzerland).

Dmitry Peskov added in this regard: We would like to meet and talk next time (about the issue of Ukraine) in a more realistic and hopeful event.

Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday that Moscow will present another real peace offer to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, but if the West and Kiev refuse, they will be responsible for the bloodshed. It will be on them.

The President of Russia added in a press conference on Friday after meeting with the foreign minister and the staff of the country’s foreign ministry: for the peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, not to be committed to neutrality. Power blocs and free of nuclear weapons of Kiev are needed. Fundamental agreements on the peaceful resolution of the Ukraine crisis should be recorded, and it is naturally suggested that the sanctions against Russia be lifted. One of the conditions of the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will be the issuance of a statement by Kiev that it does not intend to join NATO. If all these conditions are fulfilled, Russia will immediately cease fire and declare its readiness to negotiate after the withdrawal of Kiev from the territory of the new regions of the Russian Federation.

On the other hand, German Chancellor Olaf Schulz rejected Russian President Vladimir Putin’s proposal to resolve the war in Ukraine, claiming that this proposal was just a ploy to distract the international community. It is from the Ukraine peace conference hosted by Switzerland.

“Jens Stoltenberg”, the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), in response to the new proposal of the Russian President, announced that the new proposal of the Russian President Vladimir Putin for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine , which announced the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from the new regions of Russia as a precondition for the ceasefire, means that Russia has achieved its military goals.
