According to this news agency, the action of the Swedish Foreign Ministry took place after Stockholm claimed that a Russian SU-24 bomber flew near the strategic island of Gotland on Friday, June 14. The Baltic Sea has violated Stockholm’s airspace.
This event happened about 3 months after this Scandinavian country joined NATO.
