Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Kremlin, also commented on the information published in the Western media, which warned that the expansion of cooperation between Russia and North Korea is an alliance against the West, emphasized that military cooperation between the two countries is not against third countries. He said: We develop our relations, especially with our neighbors, not against anyone, but for the national interests and for the benefit of the people of the two countries, and in this regard, the strategic agreement between Russia and Korea is not against any third country.
