US President Joe Biden and his counterparts will officially welcome Rutte at the NATO summit hosted by Washington on July 9-11.
The Dutch Prime Minister will officially replace Stoltenberg from October 1. Stoltenberg has been the Secretary General of NATO for more than a decade.
