Russia: America’s military-biological presence in Africa has increased

He said: the documents in our possession confirm that the military-biological presence of the United States in the African continent is growing at a fast pace and the activities of the Pentagon’s key contractors in the continent Africa – increased in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Uganda and South Africa. The orderers on behalf of the US government are actually the Threat Reduction Office of the US Department of Defense and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country.

At the same time, research conducted with dual use and disregard for biosecurity standards has led to a worsening of the infectious disease situation in the United States itself, he said. 

The Ministry of Defense official continued: According to our estimates, the concealment of real information by the White House about the state of the pandemic is due to the fear of possible sanctions from the International Bureau of Diseases. The pandemic affects agricultural exports, which can cause serious credit and economic damage to the U.S. agricultural sector. It is clear that Washington intends to create tools under its control to investigate the spread of infectious diseases and other biological incidents. Radio-chemical materials have been imported into Ukraine through Poland and Romania
