The order of the extreme Zionist minister to reduce the food ration of the Palestinian prisoners
International humanitarian organizations have repeatedly warned about organized torture and mistreatment of Palestinian prisoners in the prison of the Zionist regime; An issue that the Zionist authorities not only do not deny, but also state this issue openly and are proud of it.
According to Al Jazeera, Itamar Ben Guer, the Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime, who is known for his extremist statements against the Palestinians, in his latest action, issued an order to further reduce the food ration of the Palestinian prisoners in the prison of this regime; An action that human rights groups have interpreted as equivalent to forced starvation of prisoners.
After the October 7 operation of Hamas, which inflicted painful blows on the Zionist enemy, Ben Guerr ordered the closure of canteens and central kitchens in prisons. Thus, now the Palestinian prisoners are completely dependent on the prisons themselves for food supply.
In his letter today, the Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime has explicitly demanded a reduction in the food ration of Palestinian prisoners. He emphasizes: “This action is carried out with the aim of preventing the attacks of fighters.” However, Ben-Guire did not explain the connection between these two issues.
The Association for Civil Rights in the Occupied Territories, a humanitarian organization, says that Tel Aviv’s recent action is a policy of starving prisoners. According to the testimonies of the prisoners, the food provided to the Palestinian prisoners is insufficient and unhygienic and severely damages their health and dignity.
