Türkiye: Attacking Erdogan is acceptable only from a government official accused of genocide
Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has recently asked the countries of the West Asia to stand by Lebanon and support this country against the Zionist regime. This did not go well with Tel Aviv and has caused the regime’s officials to attack the Turkish president.
According to Al Jazeera, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey issued a statement today (Wednesday) condemning the actions of Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz in attacking Erdogan in cyberspace. Katz had accused Erdogan of war crimes.
The statement of the Turkish Foreign Ministry states: We consider the insulting post of the Israeli Foreign Minister against the honorable president of our country as a tone that is acceptable only by a government official accused of genocide.
This statement continues: Such accusations are part of Israel’s efforts to hide the actions of its criminals against the Palestinians.
Referring to Ankara’s efforts to create peace and stability in the region, the Turkish Foreign Ministry notes: Turkey will continue its efforts to achieve peace and justice.
This statement is issued after Israel Katz wrote on his personal page on X social network (former Twitter) to Erdoğan: He is a war criminal. He should shut up and be ashamed of what he has done.
