Rami Abdeh, head of the European-Mediterranean Human Rights Watch, protested the delay of the International Court of Justice regarding the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Minister of War Yoav Galant on Thursday night.

According to the Palestinian “Sama” news agency, Abdo added: The International Court of Justice has postponed its decision regarding the authorization to Prosecutor Karim Khan to issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant due to the accusation of involvement in war crimes in Gaza.

The head of Human Rights Watch added: The delay of Netanyahu’s arrest warrant occurs after England submitted a memorandum as a “friend of the court” on June 10 (21 June) and requested a review of the powers of the International Court of Justice in this regard. .

A person’s organization or a group of people who can participate in the process of dealing with a dispute in a judicial authority as a “friend of the court”. According to some definitions in the science of law, friends of the court are those who generally provide the court with information related to the issues raised by the parties to the dispute by presenting their statements and views orally or in writing.

Abde added: England continues its historical role in defending the colonial regime. The court’s delay in issuing a verdict against Netanyahu and his war minister means giving a green light to the continuation of the genocide in Gaza.

This is while Yediot Aharnot, a Zionist newspaper published in the Occupied Territories, said two days ago that the International Court of Justice is expected to issue an arrest warrant for him and Gallant on July 24 (August 3), before Netanyahu’s trip to America.

If the judges of the International Court of Justice issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant, they will be banned from traveling to 124 countries.

According to this report, if the three judges of the International Criminal Court in The Hague agree to issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu and Gallant, these two will not be able to travel to any of the countries that have signed the Rome Agreement.

This report announced that the Prime Minister and Minister of War of the Zionist regime will no longer be allowed to travel to countries such as Germany, Holland, Greece, France, Japan, Spain and the Palestinian Authority.

This is the first time that the International Criminal Court has targeted the head of one of America’s closest allies. A panel of judges of the International Criminal Court will examine Karim Khan’s request for an arrest warrant.
