A 7-magnitude earthquake shook the coast of Peru/possibility of a tsunami
The world media reported the occurrence of a powerful earthquake on the coast of Peru and the possibility of a tsunami in this region.
report Mehr News Agency quoted Al-Arabiya, an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.2 on the Richter scale shook the areas near the coast of Peru this Friday.
According to the American Seismological Center, this earthquake occurred at a depth of ten kilometers.
The Tsunami Warning Center also announced at first that there is no danger of tsunami after this earthquake, but a little later due to the movement of sea waves up to three meters in some Coastal areas warned.
