The negative evaluation of the Western media about Biden’s participation in the election debate

In separate articles, Western media pointed to Biden's weak speech against Trump and considered it as the end for the American president.

The Russian newspaper “Pravda” writes in a report that the Western media almost “buried” Biden after the disastrous debate between US President Joe Biden and Donald Trump, his Republican rival.

This newspaper continues to quote what Western publications wrote about Biden. For example, Newsweek wrote: “Trump did better in the debate.” He won and Biden is a loser.” The New York Post also wrote: “It was very sad. During the debate with Trump, the president stutters and suddenly stops. We witnessed the end of Biden’s presidency”.

The New York Times also called for Biden’s resignation and wrote: “If Biden does not want Trump to win, he should withdraw from the presidential election.” NBC even considered last night’s debate as the “suicide” of the Democrats and wrote: “The Democrats have committed mass suicide. “Biden is panting, looking tired and stuttering.”

CNN also described the reaction of the Democratic Party as mixed with “horror”, and finally, CNBC fueled speculations about the possibility of Biden’s resignation and wrote: “Senior donors of the Democratic Party sounded the alarm after Biden’s speech.”

Earlier, Reuters reported that Joe Biden’s allies are trying to contain the consequences of his poor performance in the first presidential debate. This news agency, quoting one of the donors, writes that the manner of Biden’s presence is his “disqualification” and that the Democratic Party may replace him with another person in August. However, some experts also say that it is “unprecedented” for a president to resign without participating in the second round of elections.
