UNRWA: Gaza residents have lost all their necessities
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) announced that the residents of the Gaza Strip have lost all their necessities. This organization demanded the opening of the crossings and the arrival of sufficient food aid to the Gaza Strip.
According to the Al-Nashrah report, the agency added: The people of Gaza need everything and are living in a very desperate time, and the only answer to that is more aid. Garbage piles up everywhere, and as temperatures rise, people live under plastic tents.
He added: “Families in Gaza live next to mountains of garbage and sewage, and with very few bathrooms and the excruciating heat of the summer, they experience desperate health conditions.
Earlier, UNRWA Commissioner General Philip Lazzarini drew attention to the displacement of more than 80% of the population of Gaza in an announcement on X social network. Pointing out that 17,000 children in Gaza were left without support or were separated from their families, he said that during the 4-month war in Gaza, nearly 100,000 people were killed, injured or missing. This is roughly equivalent to 5% of the population. You can easily understand what this means in your city or country.
Lazzarini emphasized that the conflicts in Gaza continue, he stated that the war has continued without interruption, but there will be no winner. There will be only pain, misery and sorrow. The time for a ceasefire has come
