30 passengers of the “Boeing-787” flight over the Atlantic Ocean were injured
On Monday evening, media sources reported the injury of 30 passengers of “Air Europe” belonging to Spain while crossing the Atlantic Ocean.
According to this report, the Boeing-787 flight encountered severe turbulence on the way to Montevideo airport in Uruguay.
10 of the injured suffered head, face and chest pain. 7 passengers were treated for injuries of various degrees.
The “AV Herald” website also reported that the Air Europe Boeing 787-9 plane encountered severe turbulence while crossing the Atlantic Ocean while flying from Madrid to Montevideo with 345 passengers.
After the problem, the pilot of this flight changed the route to “Natal” in Brazil and the plane landed without further incident. Some of the ceiling panels and seats of this plane have been broken.
The Natal State Health Department reported that 30 people were injured and taken to local hospitals. 15 rescue vehicles were also sent to the airport.
A replacement plane is being dispatched to take passengers to Montevideo.
Recently, a similar incident happened to Singapore Airlines.
Singapore Airlines announced in a statement: 30 people were injured and one person was killed during the flight of the Boeing 777. There were a total of 211 passengers and 18 crew members in this plane.
This flight started from Heathrow Airport in London and was supposed to land in Singapore, but after the accident and after requesting an emergency landing, it was diverted to Thailand.
