34 children died due to acute malnutrition in the north of the Gaza Strip

The director of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, while referring to the critical condition of the hospitals in the Gaza Strip, announced that 34 children in the north of the Gaza Strip were martyred due to acute malnutrition.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Al Jazeera, Mounir al-Barsh, director of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, said: “Our facilities are very weak and the lack of fuel is a big crisis for us.

Al Baresh added: All medical services have been stopped in hospitals in the north of the Gaza Strip. The occupying tanks have lined up in front of Asdaqa al-Mariz Hospital in the north of the Gaza Strip.

He said: 34 children died in the north of the Gaza Strip due to acute malnutrition. Since 2 months ago or more, no food has entered the Gaza Strip.

Al Barash continued: 25 thousand patients urgently need treatment outside the Gaza Strip, but only 5 thousand of them have left the Gaza Strip.

He continued: A delegation from Algeria performed a surgery in the north of the Gaza Strip yesterday. We salute them.

Al Barash said: Rafah crossing must be opened immediately. Our situation is very bad. The residents of al-Shaja’iyya and the residents of other areas of the Gaza Strip do not know where to go due to the intensity of the Israeli bombardment.
