Smotrich: The peace agreement with Hamas means the victory of Yahya Sanwar

The extremist finance minister of the Zionist regime rejected any peace agreement with Hamas and demanded the continuation of the war in Gaza.

While polls in the occupied territories show that the majority of Zionists agree with the peace agreement with Hamas in order to release the prisoners, but Netanyahu’s right-wing cabinet is divided on this issue and the extremist ministers are against the end of the war in Gaza.

According to Al-Jazeera, Bezalel Smotrich, the extremist finance minister of the Zionist regime, announced in his party’s meeting in the Knesset (Parliament of the Zionist regime) that any agreement with Hamas would mean the defeat and humiliation of Israel.

Expressing his anger at the efforts to reach an agreement with Hamas, he added: We will not be part of the efforts to surrender to Hamas. This agreement means the defeat and humiliation of Israel and a victory for Yahya Sinwar, the leader of the military wing of Hamas.
Referring to what he called the shortcomings of the peace agreement with Hamas, Smotrich clarified: This agreement means announcing the death sentence for 90 of our prisoners, who will not be included in this agreement, and will cause the massacre of thousands of our people in the next invasion. .

The words of this Zionist minister come after Hamas announced on Saturday that it agreed to the peace proposal proposed by the United States. However, Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, put forward a long list of preconditions for reaching an agreement yesterday, and if he insists on it, a peace agreement will probably never be formed between the parties.
