Extreme heat in Tokyo killed 6 people

The extreme heat wave in Japan led to the death of 6 people in Tokyo and the continuous warnings of the country's health authorities.

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by AFP, at the same time as the extreme heat wave entered Japan in the “rainy” season, 6 people died in Tokyo due to problems related to the increase in temperature, and this is that authorities and health institutions are constantly issuing warnings to citizens!

In the last days of the week, Shizuku region in the center of Japan became the first region in this country whose temperature reaches 40 degrees Celsius this year; A number that is significantly higher than what health authorities classify as “extremely hot”.

According to an official of the Japan Meteorological Agency, this level of heat in the middle of Japan’s rainy season is relatively “rare”.

Yesterday, the air temperature in Tokyo and Wakayama region reached the highest level (nearly 40 degrees). Over the past few days, Japanese health authorities have repeatedly issued “heatstroke” warnings in most parts of the country and asked citizens to refrain from exercising outdoors and use cooling systems.
