Kremlin: Russia should “deepen” its relations with North Korea

The Kremlin spokesman announced that Moscow insists on further deepening relations with Pyongyang.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced on Tuesday that Russia wants to “deepen” its relations with North Korea in all areas and expand its cooperation.

Pskov told reporters at a press conference: “Following the agreements reached as a result of President [Vladimir] Putin’s recent visit to Pyongyang, we intend to develop and deepen our relations in all possible areas with one of our closest neighbors.” to give  

During Putin’s visit to North Korea in June, the two countries signed a strategic partnership agreement that allows both sides to provide military assistance to each other in case of enemy aggression.
