The invaders target water sources, trees, mosques and schools
report Mehr News Agency quoted Al-Arabi, local sources in Gaza, referring to the continuation of deliberate attacks by the Zionist regime on Gaza City, announced the destruction of 35% of the infrastructure and residential houses in Al-Shaja’iyya.
Gaza Mayor Yahya al-Sarraj said: The occupiers are deliberately targeting Gaza’s vital infrastructure to make Gaza city uninhabitable. The occupiers have been targeting Tal Al-Hawa since 9 months ago. The industrial area is full of displaced people who are in residential towers.
The mayor of Gaza stated: The occupiers are targeting water sources, trees, mosques, schools and the entire infrastructure. 35% of the infrastructure and residential houses in Al-Shujaieh have been completely destroyed.
The mayor of Gaza emphasized: We cannot deliver water to the areas where the refugees are, because of the Minister of Infrastructure. We need fuel and heavy equipment and there must be electricity.
The mayor of Gaza said: About 100,000 tons of garbage have been accumulated all over Gaza City and infectious diseases are rampant. There are limited quantities of food items that have skyrocketing prices and do not meet the minimum requirements.
