Roosevelt’s American fleet entered the Red Sea

After the defeat and withdrawal of the Eisenhower fleet from the Red Sea, the American Roosevelt fleet entered the area.

In a statement, the Central Command of the US Army announced the arrival of the aircraft carrier “Theodore Roosevelt” in the operational area of the US Fifth Fleet after the departure of the aircraft carrier “Eisenhower” and its group.

According to Al-Mayadeen report, the Central Command of the US Army known as CENTCOM said that the task force led by the aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt entered the operational area of the 5th Fleet in the Red Sea on July 12. Centcom claimed that its purpose is to deter attacks, strengthen regional stability and protect the free flow of trade in the region.

The incoming strike group consists of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier Theodore Roosevelt, the 11th aircraft carrier, and three Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers, USS Russell, USS Daniel K. Inouye, and USS Halsey.

The arrival of this group took place after the departure of the Dwight Eisenhower aircraft carrier strike group from the Red Sea on June 22, seven months after this aircraft carrier was deployed in the region to support the Zionist regime against the missile attacks of the Yemeni forces.

Since last November, Yemen’s government of national reconciliation in Sana’a announced that the country’s armed forces, in support of Gaza, began targeting ships associated with the Zionist regime that were heading towards occupied Palestinian ports in the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden and the port of Eilat and Other vital Zionist goals.

After the start of the attacks, America, England and a number of their allies mobilized a coalition under the name of “Guardian of Freedom” to counter the operations of the Yemeni armed forces, which carried out airstrikes in Yemen in recent months.

In response to these attacks, the Yemenis began targeting American and British ships in the Red Sea, which imposed an almost no-go zone in the Red Sea on all ships associated with the Zionists and their Western allies.

Syed Abdul Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen’s Ansarullah, confirmed in his last speech that Yemen’s attacks on the Zionist regime, interests and ships related to it will not stop and will continue and expand.
