Estinov also emphasized that some members of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s Board of Governors are not interested in solving the issues surrounding Iran’s nuclear program, and noted: We must keep in mind that everything depends on the Director General of the Atomic Energy Agency. The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency had previously said regarding Iran: I believe that we need to return to diplomacy. We had a comprehensive plan of joint action, but today it exists only on paper and no one implements it and adheres to it.

Emphasizing the necessity of the presence of the inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Iran’s nuclear facilities, Grossi said: I still tell my Iranian colleagues that the minimums must be guaranteed in the field of the agency’s access to Iran’s nuclear facilities in order to be able to agree on returning to the second version. Grossi’s comment comes after the Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency passed a resolution in Vienna at the beginning of June this year and asked Iran to increase its cooperation with the agency and to lift the recently imposed ban on the entry of the agency’s chief inspectors. had applied, cancel it.
