New York Post: Trump’s assailant is another person+ pictures

The American newspaper New York Post wrote: The gunman who tried to assassinate former US President Donald Trump on Saturday is 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks from Pennsylvania.

According to the paper, the shooter opened fire on Donald Trump’s outdoor rally in Butler, just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, when one of the bullets hit Trump in the ear. In this shooting, 9 bullets were fired, and in the end it is said that two people were killed.
Sources said Crooks planted his gun on the roof of a manufacturing plant in Butler more than 130 yards (125 meters) from the scene.

The New York Post also published images showing that American security forces killed the assailant on the roof of the warehouse.

Previously, a picture was published that indicated that the assailant is called “Mark Violet”, who is a member of the extreme left organization “Antifa”. A video of him has been published on his YouTube page in the cyberspace, in which he said: “Justice is on its way.” However, some sources have stated that the published image belongs to a famous Italian YouTuber who is a fan of the Roma team.

Trump canceled his rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday because of the shooting. Released footage shows the politician being led away by security guards with a bloody ear. Trump later said he was injured in the ear and lost a lot of blood.
