It is stated in this statement that the number of martyrs and wounded in the war against Gaza has exceeded 120,000 people, and Gaza’s hospitals, universities, schools, and infrastructure have been completely destroyed, and the Zionist enemy’s oppression and killing machine is still under the full support of America and the West. continues with his crimes, but there is no mention of these issues in this report. 

Hamas strongly condemned the mistake of Human Rights Watch in considering October 7th as the beginning of the story and ignoring all the suffering and hardships, murder, torture and siege of the Palestinian nation before that.

This movement stated that according to international treaties and heavenly religions, it is the right of the Palestinian nation to resist and defend itself against the occupying regime in any way, and the aggressor does not have the right to defend itself.
