The issue of Gaza was removed from the agenda of the European Parliament

In the first plenary session of the new European Parliament, the majority of representatives refused to discuss the situation in the Gaza Strip, as well as the assassination attempt on former US President Donald Trump.

Members of the parliament decided to devote all their working hours to discussing aid to Ukraine, RIA Novosti reported.

As mentioned, the representatives of the left parties suggested that the issue of the Palestinian state as well as the European Union’s relations with Israel should be put on the agenda.

Earlier it was revealed that the members of the European Parliament want to deprive Hungary of the right to vote in the European Union due to the visits of the country’s Prime Minister Viktor Orban to Russia and China.
