The 500 million dollar contract between Iran and Armenia is false and fabricated
The Ministry of Defense of Armenia denied the rumors of the opposition media about the new arms contract between Tehran and Yerevan.
According to Mehr News Agency, On Thursday, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia called the rumor of signing a $500 million arms deal with Iran as “false, fabricated and imaginary”.
Aram Torosyan, the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, said in response to the question of the “Armen Press” reporter that Armenia and Iran have recently signed a secret contract for the purchase of weapons worth 500 million dollars: “We are not aware of the content of fake news. , we do not give fake and imaginary answers.”
Previously, some of the media against the Islamic Republic of Iran had claimed that “Iran and Armenia signed a secret arms deal worth 500 million dollars.”
