The South Korean military has announced that the balloons carrying the garbage are equipped with timed sound devices that can lead to fires.

Earlier on Wednesday, North Korea once again sent garbage balloons to its southern neighbor, and according to reports, some of them landed in the compound of the presidential office and the Ministry of Defense of South Korea.

Officials in this country said that they did not find any dangerous items and collected the garbage.
