The office of the King of Jordan dissolved the House of Representatives
reported Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, the office of the Kingdom of Jordan announced that it has dissolved the House of Representatives of this country.
This action is done in order to prepare for holding parliamentary elections in this country.
The Independent Board of Elections in Jordan announced that next September 10 will be the time to hold the elections for the 20th session of the House of Representatives of this country.
Leith Nasravin, a professor of Jordanian constitutional law, said in an interview with Al-Arabiya that the dissolution of the Jordanian parliament is done before holding new parliamentary elections to create equality between candidates; Especially since a significant number of current parliamentarians are among the candidates for the upcoming elections.
