UNRWA: 9 out of 10 people are displaced in Gaza
UNRWA, the Palestinian refugee agency, said that 9 out of 10 people in the Gaza Strip were “forcefully displaced” during the war.
“Families seek shelter: overcrowded schools, destroyed buildings, makeshift tents on the sand or in piles of garbage,” the agency wrote in a message on its X user account. None of these places are safe. People have nowhere to go.”
Previously, the spokesman of the UN Secretary General announced the displacement of Khan Yunis following the evacuation order of 150,000 people per day.
The Zionist regime is very angry with the relief and employment agency for Palestinian refugees known as UNRWA. Tel Aviv is well aware of the effective role of this UN-affiliated body in supporting the Palestinians, so it does not spare any efforts to weaken it.
The parliament of the Zionist regime, known as the Knesset, approved 3 controversial bills on (Monday), according to which UNRWA offices in the occupied territories were closed and this organization affiliated to the United Nations was also declared a terrorist.
