The end of the war in Gaza is a clear signal from America to Netanyahu

According to an American newspaper, Netanyahu left the United States with a clear signal of the end of the war in Gaza.

The Wall Street Journal in a report discussed the consequences of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to the United States and wrote: Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit to the United States and his speech in Congress, to strengthen the image of the Israeli Prime Minister and gain the support of Joe Biden, the President of the United States and Donald Trump was the candidate for the presidential election of this country in Israel’s war against Hamas.

Netanyahu’s speech in defense of Israel’s war in Congress somewhat reduced the concern of many Israelis about Washington’s position towards Tel Aviv. However, the Israeli prime minister received a clear message from the leaders of the Democratic and Republican parties, and that was to “stop the war.”

After meeting with Netanyahu, US Vice President Kamala Harris said: “Let’s make an agreement so that we can reach a truce and end the war.” Trump also called for an end to the conflicts in a conversation with Fox News. He said: I want him to end the war and do it quickly.

While Netanyahu’s visit showed that Israel still has Washington’s support, it also showed that both parties are impatient for an end to the Gaza war. As the Wall Street Journal notes, Netanyahu now faces a dilemma: whether to make a deal with Hamas, risk the fall of his fragile coalition cabinet, or continue military action, which even his closest foreign allies disagree with. They are against.
