Lavrov: The West knows that it cannot defeat Russia
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Sputnik, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed the failure of the West and Ukraine to defeat Russia.
The Russian Foreign Minister said in a press conference at the ASEAN meeting on Saturday that Russia will not surrender to Ukraine and all the goals of the special military operations in this country will be achieved.
Lavrov said the West knows it cannot defeat Russia. By deploying new weapons in the Asia-Pacific region, Western countries are fueling the escalation of tension in the region.
The Russian Foreign Minister expressed Moscow’s concern about the plans of America and South Korea in the field of implementing joint nuclear planning.
Lavrov emphasized that he does not listen to the statements of Ukrainian officials, including the president of this country, about the peace plan, because they make contradictory statements about it.
The Russian Foreign Minister, referring to Donald Trump’s promise to pay a loan with special conditions to Ukraine if he wins the election, said that the American authorities have a commercial approach towards Ukraine follows.
