Russian President Vladimir Putin, accompanied by Minister of Defense Andrey Belousov and Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev, participated in the Russian Navy Day today and congratulated the Russian military personnel. He also welcomed the crews of the guest ships from China, Algeria and India.
