Patrushev: Negotiation is Ukraine’s tactic to renew its strength

According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency quoted by Sputnik, “Niklai Patrushev”, the assistant of the Russian president, announced that the statements of the West and Ukraine about the negotiations are a tactical maneuver to rest and reorganize their forces.
