Macron and Netanyahu’s phone conversation about tensions with Lebanon
According to Webangah News quoted by Mehr News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, the intensification of concerns about the spread of war in the Middle East after the incident of Majd al-Shams, which the Zionist regime blamed on Lebanon’s Hezbollah, has caused regional and international actors to Try to mediate about this. France, which once had Lebanon as its colony, is one of these self-proclaimed mediators.
On this basis, the Elysee Palace announced today (Sunday) by issuing a statement that French President Emmanuel Macron had a call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu today. He expressed his concern about the escalation of conflicts between Israel and Lebanon.
In this phone call, Macron called for preventing the escalation of tensions and the development of conflicts between Lebanon’s Hezbollah and the Zionist regime.
This statement adds: In this phone call, Macron reminded Netanyahu that Paris will do everything it can to prevent a new conflict in the region. This action of France is done by sending a message to all parties to the conflict.
Before, senior French officials including the president and foreign minister of this regime supported Tel Aviv’s positions in the Gaza war by traveling to the occupied territories. However, Paris has not taken any action to put pressure on the Zionist regime in order to end the conflicts in the Middle East.
