Nicolás Maduro’s victory in the presidential elections of Venezuela for the third time

According to the announcement of the Venezuelan Election Commission, Nicolás Maduro won the Venezuelan presidential election after counting 80% of the votes.

According to the announcement of the Election Commission of Venezuela, Maduro won the presidential elections of Venezuela after counting 80% of the votes, and won the presidential elections of Venezuela for the third time with 51.2% of the votes.

Previously, the election headquarters of Nicolas Maduro, the Venezuelan presidential candidate, announced his victory today (Monday) and demanded the publication of the official statistics of the National Election Council and thanked the citizens for participating in the voting.

Jorje Rodríguez, the president of the Venezuelan parliament and the manager of the presidential campaign, also announced the victory of Nicolás Maduro in a press conference: “We thank you. We cannot announce the result, but we can show you our face. It was a win for everyone. It was a victory that will help us build the future. Of course, we have to wait for the announcement of the results of the competition by the National Election Council, because we respect the laws of our country and the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.”

Jorge Rodríguez said: “The people have spoken and the voice of the people must be respected and we will all work to respect it.” The headquarters thanked the National Electoral Council of Venezuela for the “perfect work” of the electoral system that allowed the elections to be held in “absolute peace”.

The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela also condemned the interference of a group of foreign governments and powers in the presidential election on Monday. The Venezuelan government announced: “We warn against an operation to interfere in the election process, in our right to self-determination and in the sovereignty of our country by a group of foreign governments and forces.”

Earlier on Sunday, Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay issued a statement calling for a transparent vote count under the supervision of observers. According to the Venezuelan government, this statement, as well as the words of a number of right-wing politicians from different countries, “are aimed at distorting what was expressed peacefully and the right of the people to choose.”

According to Sputnik, the Venezuelan authorities noted that the people voted freely and legally in the elections.

Meanwhile, in an early reaction, the president of Argentina said: “Maduro’s victory in the presidential elections of Venezuela is not recognized. However, the election observers from South Africa found this presidential election free, fair and transparent.”
“Maria Machado”, the leader of the extreme right of Venezuela, who was not allowed to participate in the elections, also said: “We will all stay in the polling stations until the votes are counted and the records are obtained.”
Edmundo González, the far-right candidate and Maduro’s main rival, also said: “The results of the presidential election cannot be denied, and the country has chosen a peaceful change.”
Maduro, 61, who has ruled Venezuela since 2013, is committed to maintaining “peace and stability” in the country. The Chavista ruling system is a political movement inspired by socialists that began almost three decades ago with the election of “Hugo Chávez” and continued under the leadership and support of Nicolás Maduro.

More than 635 international observers, including teams of experts as well as 65 experts from electoral commissions around the world, monitored the Venezuelan elections.
