The Arab League warned against the escalation of tensions against Lebanon

The Arab League warned that the expansion of the conflict between the Zionist regime and Lebanon could ignite the region.

The Arab Union announced on Tuesday that any escalation of tension by the Zionist regime against Lebanon could disrupt the security and stability of the region.

According to the Al-Rai report, Ahmed Abul Ghait, the Secretary General of the Arab League emphasized the importance of full solidarity with Lebanon and condemned the Zionist regime’s threats against this country. He went on to say that increasing the circle of conflicts between the Zionist regime and Lebanon can ignite the region.

This official of the Arab League announced that he is in contact with international authorities in order to control the situation and prevent a confrontation that disturbs the peace of the region.

Since the beginning of the Gaza war, the southern borders of Lebanon and the northern occupied Palestine have been the scene of exchange of fire between the Lebanese resistance forces and the Zionist regime. The Lebanese Islamic Resistance has announced that these attacks will not stop unless a ceasefire is established in Gaza and the siege of Gaza is broken.

The latest tensions and rhetoric of the Zionists are raised after an explosion in the occupied Golan left casualties and the Zionist regime pointed the finger of blame at Lebanon’s Hezbollah. Hezbollah denies involvement in this operation, however, Tel Aviv officials continue to threaten to retaliate and attack Lebanon.
