Fidan: Haniyeh was a symbol of Palestinian resistance

Turkey’s foreign minister, while expressing his condolences after the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of Hamas, and referring to his efforts to achieve a ceasefire, called him a symbol of the Palestinian resistance.
According to the announcement of this media, Haka Fidan said in this regard: I received the martyrdom of my dear brother Ismail Haniyeh with deep sadness. He dedicated his life to the issue of Palestine and bringing peace and tranquility to Palestine.
While asking for mercy for Martyr Haniyeh and offering condolences to his relatives, Fidan stated: We witnessed his recent efforts to establish a ceasefire (in Gaza). Even when his family members were martyred by Israel, he never lost his faith in peace. Ismail Haniyeh had become a symbol of the proud resistance of Palestine. His dear memory will live on in the just struggle of the Palestinian people.
